Kavi Art Creations Accepts Returns and Refunds
A return will be allowed to the customers for the different or damaged products received.
However, if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect products, you may report the issue to our customer support team within 2-3 days of receiving your order, along with evidence such as videos of the products and packaging (opening video must).
Upon validation, we will offer a replacement or process a refund to the original payment method within 3 days
Please note that refunds and returns are not applicable for personalized or custom-made products unless they are faulty by purchasing from “Kavi Art Creations”.
